Lucy is a theatre director and creative practitioner with over 20 years experience. She founded Aurora to bring together her experimental theatre background and creative practice with young people into a recognisable, sustainable brand and to grow a team of regular collaborators into a humane, care-full company.

Katy has been making work for and with young audiences for over 10 years. A performer, devisor, director and producer Katy specialises in creative encounters for the very young. A founding member and director of Filskit Theatre, Katy's work combines technology with community engagement to make accessible, beautiful and exciting theatre. Katy has toured extensively, including prestigious venues such as The Southbank Centre, Unicorn Theatre, London to remote community centres and as far flung as Shanghai.

Martha creates children’s books, and is drawn to exploring the magic of imaginary worlds and creatures, of discovery and bravery, and finding lost things. She finds inspiration in what is around her, from everyday life to drawing on location. She has illustrated several Picture Books and is currently writing and illustrating her own stories. She also makes dioramas, papercuts, collage, prints and other Interesting Things.

Joseff is a South West based composer & sound artist, working across theatre, film & audio. He is fascinated by the power of our natural environment & its movement. Joseff is interested in how sound can tap into our subconscious & how it can transport us to vivid worlds, both real and abstract. He also releases music under his own name.

Hannah is a user-centred designer, researcher and Psychology graduate inspired by sustainable and accessible design. Her role as Creative Digital Designer for the Bath Cultural Education Partnership (BCEP) saw her engaged with the design and build of the Invisible Creatures digital experience and evaluative process. She has since collaborated with Lucy on the Hidden Treasures Project and the build of the Aurora website.
